Abstract

We present site-selective anion exchange in quintuple layered Bi 2 Te 3 by replacing central Te layer with Se to form ordered Bi 2 Te 2 Se. Low-loss EELS demonstrates a blue shift in bulk plasmons, providing a pathway to tune the electronic structure.
