Abstract
Naomi Moris is a group leader at the Francis Crick Institute in London, UK. Naomi's lab uses in vitro embryo models derived from stem cells to study the early stages of human development and understand how the body plan is established. We spoke to Naomi online about her transition to becoming a group leader, her experience establishing new in vitro embryo models, and the importance of transparent public engagement in research on human development.
