Abstract
The association Ostryo-Fagetum is emended and so is now split into two new individual geographical variants, i.e. Ostryo-Fagetum var. geogr. Acer obtusatum and Ostryo-Fagetum var. geogr. Luzula nivea. In central Slovenia is distributed the general type of the association Ostryo-Fagetum, which is typologically subdivided into three sub-associations – typicum, – calamagrostidetosum variae and – homogynetosum sylvestris.
