Abstract
The article discusses educational materials on spelling included in the e-textbook on the Integrated Educational Platform of the Ministry of National Education. The author, referring to the theory of textbooks and studies in the field of spelling didactics, assessed the lessons devoted to the principles on which Polish spelling is based, prepared for secondary school students in terms of content and didactics.
