Abstract
The article presents a theoretical and methodological justification of an intelligent model of personalized reha-bilitation for children with cerebral palsy, aimed at increasing their motor activity, health and participation in everyday life. Rehabilitation is interpreted as a managed multicomponent process based on the child’s neuro-profile, motivation, family context and learning conditions. The model includes modules for in-depth assess-ment, intelligent analysis of multisensor data on movement and postural control, planning and adaptive modifi-cation of training programmes using artificial intelligence technologies, robotic support and game-based/VR scenarios. The logic of the model, feedback loops between the child, specialists and family, and a system of outcome criteria combining motor function, movement quality and engagement are described, as well as pos-sible directions for integrating the model into paediatric neurorehabilitation practice and the field of health-oriented and adaptive physical culture.
