Abstract
A 72-year-old male presented to the dermatology department with a primary complaint of a tumorous formation, measuring 1.2×1.2 cm, protruding above the surrounding skin, with central ulceration and covered by a hemorrhagic crust. The lesion was located across multiple cosmetic subunits of the nasal ala, involving the left alar lobule and the inferior part of the left lateral nasal sidewall.
