Abstract
Based on the research data testing above, financial literacy has a significant effect on the decision to use QRIS. Financial literacy has also been proven to have a significant effect on trust. Meanwhile, the ease of use of the application does not have a significant direct effect on the decision to use QRIS, but ease of use has been proven to have a significant effect on trust. Although this ease of use is not strong enough to directly influence usage decisions, trust itself has been shown to have a significant influence on QRIS usage decisions, and the results of mediation effect testing indicate that trust significantly mediates the effects of financial literacy and ease of use on QRIS usage decisions. This study is expected to be useful for QRIS administrators, particularly Bank Indonesia, by improving education and socialization of QRIS usage, strengthening financial literacy programs, developing simple, secure, and easy-to-use features, and improving internet infrastructure to make it more evenly distributed. In addition to service administrators, this study also benefits users. The public is expected to improve their financial literacy and understanding of QRIS features, benefits, and risks to make wiser, safer transactions. The limitation of this study is that the respondents are only from one region, so the results cannot be generalized widely. For further research, we recommend expanding the coverage area, increasing the number and diversity of respondents, and examining additional variables to obtain more comprehensive, representative results.
