Abstract
According to data provided by the company, there has been a change in the number of employees leaving during the period from 2020 to 2024, with the largest increase occurring in 2023. This phenomenon indicates that internal factors within the company influence employees’ turnover intentions. Work-related stress, work-life balance, and job burnout are suspected to be factors influencing employees’ turnover intentions. This study aims to investigate how work-related stress, work-life balance, and job burnout affect employees’ turnover intentions at PT Siraj Badawi Cukup Rupiah (PT SBCR) in Cirebon City. This study employs a quantitative approach with a sample size of 98 respondents, determined using the Slovin formula. The results indicate that, individually, work-related stress, work-life balance, and job burnout do not significantly influence turnover intention. However, collectively, work-related stress, work-life balance, and job burnout significantly influence turnover intention. This study indicates that companies must consider employees’ working conditions holistically to reduce employee turnover intention. This study involved only three independent variables work-related stress, work-life balance, and job burnout and one dependent variable: employee turnover intention.
