Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the effects of work motivation, work discipline, competence, and the work environment on employee work productivity at the Public Works and Spatial Planning Office (PUPR) of Pakpak Bharat Regency. This study employed a quantitative research method with an associative approach. The sample consisted of 62 employees. The results of the study indicate that work motivation has a significant effect on employee work productivity, with a calculated t-value of 4.120 > t-table of 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 t-table of 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 t-table of 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 t-table of 2.002 and a significant value of 0.000 F-table of 2.53 and an F significance value lower than the predetermined significance level (0.000 < 0.05). The findings also reveal an Adjusted R Square value of 0.792, indicating that work motivation, work discipline, competence, and the work environment collectively explain 79.2% of the variation in employee work productivity, while the remaining 20.8% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
