Abstract
The Neuro Functional Integration system represents an interdisciplinary evolution in kinesiology, synthesizing systemic neuroscience, psycho-neuro-endocrine-immunology, and exercise biology. This paper outlines the Neuro Functional Integration conceptual framework, which models the human organism as an integrated network of interdependent subsystems where skeletal muscle serves as a primary endocrine-metabolic organ. By proposing movement as an epigenetic stimulus capable of influencing gene expression and synaptic plasticity, the Neuro Functional Integration system aims to theorize a roadmap to optimize biological potential and systemic resilience. The proposed theoretical architecture of the system is described, structured around three functional axes and three progressive levels of intervention. A multi-modal monitoring strategy is also discussed, incorporating heart rate variability (HRV) as a proxy for allostatic load regulation.
