Abstract
Massive digitalization triggers gadget addiction, FOMO, oversharing, and existential anxiety, while secular psychology lacks comprehensive spiritual solutions for well-being. This study aims to formulate a Qur'anic digital wellness framework to prevent and alleviate existential anxiety caused by digital distortions through holistic spiritual integration. Using qualitative library research, the study employs thematic Qur'anic interpretation, authoritative tafsir, Scopus-indexed literature, content analysis, and source verification. The findings develop a Qur'anic digital wellness model that integrates Islamic mindfulness, dhikr, devoted prayer, tafakkur, physical activity, social interaction, digital detox, digital minimalism, and digital health literacy. This framework addresses limitations of secular approaches by positioning spirituality as the primary source of inner peace. Digital engagement is redefined as an act of worship and moral responsibility rather than mere time management. Integrating psychology, technology, and Qur'anic values effectively reduces existential anxiety, strengthens life meaning, enhances psychological tranquility, and promotes balanced relationships between technology use, mental wellbeing, and continuous closeness to Allah, fostering sustainable spiritual resilience. Consequently, Qur'anic digital wellness harmonizes technology, mental health, and spirituality, fostering inner peace, meaningful living, and sustainable existential resilience. This study introduces an Islamic digital wellness paradigm offering preventive, curative, and spiritual reinforcement for contemporary young generations facing digital challenges.
