Abstract
This paper summarized the nursing management of dizziness symptoms in a patient with vertigo (vestibular neuritis) treated with head scraping combined with suspended moxibustion based on the theory of Removing Stagnation and Supplying Root. The patient presented with clinical symptoms such as dizziness, heaviness, and unsteady gait. Traditional Chinese Medicine treatment methods of head scraping and moxibustion based on the theory of Removing Stagnation and Supplying Root were used for clearing meridians, harmonizing the body and achieving harmonious organs. Comprehensive interventions such as emotional care, dietary guidance were carried out by syndrome differentiation. The combined treatment of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing techniques effectively reduced the discomfort of patients such as dizziness and heaviness, improved the sleep quality, and prevented the occurrence of falls and other situations. It also regulated the overall physical condition of patients and actively promoted their health.
