Abstract
This paper summarized the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) nursing in a patient with sepsis complicated by multiple complications. The patient was in the stage of established sepsis with unhealed ulceration, and was diagnosed with Qi-blood deficiency and internal accumulation of heat-toxin. Wound healing and infection control were difficult. Based on overall examination of the four diagnostic methods and syndrome differentiation nursing, the patient was treated with modified Tuoli Xiaodu San orally to tonify Qi and blood, support toxin and promote granulation, combined with external TCM nursing interventions such as Compound Ermiao Solution. After nursing intervention, the patient’s symptoms were improved and healthy qi was gradually restored. It is suggested that TCM syndrome differentiation nursing can effectively reduce the incidence of postoperative infection, promote rehabilitation, improve patient satisfaction, and provide practical reference for TCM nursing of similar complex cases. (本文总结1例脓毒症合并多并发症患者的中医护理体会。患者脓毒溃后未敛, 证属气血亏虚、热毒内蕴, 创面愈合迟缓, 感染控制困难。护理以四诊合参、辨证施护为核心, 采用托里消毒散加减内服以补益气血、托毒生肌, 配合复方二妙溶液外用等中医特色护理干预。经治疗, 患者症状改善、正气渐复, 顺利出院。结果提示, 中医辨证护理有助于促进脓毒症复杂病例的感染控制与创面修复, 改善患者预后, 为同类病例提供实践参考。)
