Abstract
Objective Based on evidence-based medicine, this study constructed a quality evaluation index system of nursing management in micropump peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs. Methods A research group was established to conduct literature review and semi-structured interviews. A protocol of nursing quality indicator system for micropump infusion of vasoactive drugs via peripheral veins was initially formed. The content of the indicator system and the weights of each indicator were determined through the Delphi expert consultation method. Results According to the index screening criteria, 30 items were finally deleted, 23 items were modified and 2 indicators were added. The response rates of 2 rounds of expert consultation questionnaire were 100. 00%(27/27)and 92. 59%(25/27), respectively. The expert authority coefficients of two rounds of expert consultation were 0. 823 and 0. 843, and the Kendall harmony coefficient of two rounds was 0. 243 and 0. 178 respectively. The quality evaluation indicator system consisted of 3 first-level indicators (structural indicators, process indicators, outcome indicators), 13 second-level indicators, and 74 third-level indicators. Conclusion This study constructed a scientific and practical quality evaluation index system of nursing management in micropump peripheral intravenous infusion of vasoactive drugs. It aims to guide nursing staff to standardize the implementation of vasoactive drug infusion via peripheral intravenous micropump, implement whole-process risk assessment and prevention, and ensure the safety of patients. (目的 基于循证方法构建经外周静脉微量泵输注血管活性药物护理质量评价指标体系。方法 通过成立研究小组, 开展文献循证和半结构访谈, 初步形成经外周静脉微量泵输注血管活性药物护理质量评价指标体系的内容, 再通过德尔菲专家咨询法确定各指标的内容及权重。结果 根据指标筛选标准, 结合小组讨论最终删除30项, 修改23项, 增加2项指标。两轮专家咨询问卷回收率分别为100. 00%(27/27)和92. 59%(25/27); 两轮专家咨询的权威系数分别为0. 823和0. 843; 两轮函询肯德尔和谐系数分别为0. 243和0. 178。最终构建的指标体系包含结构指标、过程指标、结果指标共3个一级指标, 以及13个二级指标和74个三级指标。结论 所构建的经外周静脉微量泵输注血管活性药物护理质量评价指标体系具有较好的科学性和实用性, 可为临床护理工作提供参考依据。)
