Abstract
This article summarizes the individualized nursing experience in warm cupping therapy combined with TDP irradiation intervention using moist exposed burn ointment as the medium for a patient with severe swelling of the affected limb before operation due to tibial plateau fracture. Standardized basic nursing and condition observation were carried out including elevation of the affected limb, ankle pump exercise, pain management, prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis (DVT), emotional regulation and dietary care. The patient received 13 days of intervention of warm-dredging scraping therapy was performed with moist exposed burn ointment as the medium, combined with electromagnetic radiation spectrum(TDP) infrared irradiation physiotherapy. The severe swelling of the patient's affected limb had basically subsided, the local tissue tension had been relieved, the pain had been alleviated, and the preoperative skin condition had been improved. The open reduction and internal fixation was performed as scheduled. The results indicated the comprehensive intervention can effectively reduce severe swelling of the affected limb, relieve local tissue tension, significantly shorten the preoperative waiting time for detumescence, optimize preoperative surgical conditions. (本文总结1例胫骨平台骨折术前重度肿胀患者以湿润烧伤膏为介质实施温通刮痧联合特定电磁波谱(TDP)照射的护理经验。在常规围术期护理(包括患肢抬高、踝泵运动、疼痛管理、下肢深静脉血栓预防及情志饮食调护)基础上, 采用湿润烧伤膏为介质行温通刮痧联合TDP照射, 持续干预13 d。患者患肢重度肿胀基本消退, 局部组织张力缓解; 疼痛减轻, 术前皮肤条件改善, 如期行切开复位内固定术, 术后恢复良好。该综合干预方案可有效减轻胫骨平台骨折术前重度肿胀, 缓解疼痛, 改善术前手术条件。)
