Abstract
The development of information technology encourages companies to integrate work systems that are effective, efficient, and well-structured. PT Pos Indonesia (Persero), as a state-owned enterprise (BUMN), has implemented the SAP system in its operational activities. This study aims to analyze System Quality, Information Quality, System Use, and Net Benefits of System, Application and Product (SAP) in Data Processing in supporting employee work processes in the Financial Business Partner (FBP) division of PT Pos Indonesia (Persero) KCU Manado, using the DeLone and McLean Model (2003) as a descriptive-qualitative analytical framework. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collected through in-depth interviews, observation, and documentation studies involving four informants selected through the snowball sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out through data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification, referring to the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldana (2014). The results show that SAP has run stably and produces accurate and traceable data, although occasional technical disruptions and data synchronization delays still occur, and it has been used routinely in daily work even though the level of understanding among employees remains uneven. Employee users consistently perceive benefits in the form of faster preparation of Daily Cash Reports, reduced risk of recording errors, and more transparent inter-unit coordination, with these benefits considered comparable to, or even outweighing, the complexity of using the system. The study recommends strengthening network infrastructure stability, accelerating the integration between front-end applications and SAP, and providing ongoing training for employees to optimize the use of SAP evenly across the FBP division
