Abstract
Dawet Jabung in Jabung Village, Mlarak, Ponorogo, was established in 2024 to preserve dawet jabung, a traditional culinary heritage, but ceased operating after about one month, partly because its visual identity and promotion were weak and inconsistent, both conventionally and digitally. This community service program focuses on strengthening aesthetic branding for the Tourism Awareness Group (POKDARWIS) so that Museum Dawet Jabung can be reintroduced with a stronger and more consistent brand identity. Branding activities were carried out through Smart Digital for Branding based on a Digital Ecosystem and Omnichannel Presence approach, covering physical visual identity (signage, information boards, posters, and photo displays), social media content management, and a Grand Relaunching and Heritage Activation event named Gempol Creative Festival, evaluated through observation, documentation, and a digital-strategy realization indicator. Results show the establishment of a more consistent visual identity for the museum, growth of HIMA Manajemen's Instagram and TikTok accounts as promotional channels, active involvement of POKDARWIS and local youth (Karang Taruna) in content creation, and a successful relaunching event that reintroduced Jabung Village as a Cultural Preservation Village. The realization of the digital branding strategy reached the targeted threshold, although consistency of content posting after the program ends still needs further reinforcement. This activity confirms that aesthetic branding, combining physical identity strengthening with digital ecosystem optimization, is an effective strategy to reintroduce a community-based heritage culinary museum to a wider audience.
