Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effects of Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle, and income on the personal financial management of Muslim employees at PT Kalidareh Prima Mandiri Bayung Lencir, both partially and simultaneously. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study population consisted of 135 Muslim employees, and a saturated sampling technique was used, whereby the entire population was included as the research sample. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression, coefficient of determination, t-test, and F-test. The results show that, partially, Islamic financial literacy has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management, while lifestyle has no significant effect. Income has a positive and significant effect on personal financial management. Simultaneously, Islamic financial literacy, lifestyle, and income have a significant effect on personal financial management. The Adjusted R² value of 0.521 indicates that the three independent variables explain 52.1% of the variation in personal financial management, while the remaining 47.9% is explained by other factors outside the research model. These findings indicate the importance of improving Islamic financial literacy and managing income effectively to support better personal financial management among Muslim employees.
