Etika Bisnis Islam dalam Ekosistem Marketplace Digital: Analisis Literatur Terhadap Praktik E-Commerce

This study analyzes the implementation of Islamic business ethics within the digital marketplace ecosystem using a qualitative library research method, examining literature and fiqh muamalah texts published between 2021 and 2026. The results show that despite transaction efficiency, several digital practices still violate the basic axioms of Islamic business ethics: tadlis (deceptive product description), taghrir (fake reviews), dark patterns in interface design, riba-laden PayLater schemes, and gharar in mystery box and dropshipping transactions. Empirical findings confirm that religiosity and Islamic business ethics significantly influence consumers' online purchase intention. This paper argues that integrating prophetic traits (shiddiq, amanah, fathonah, tabligh) with maqashid syariah is crucial for digital merchants, platforms, and IT professionals to achieve market equilibrium and falah. Its main theoretical contribution is an integrative framework combining Beekun's axiomatic ethics, maqashid syariah, and human-rights principles, alongside proposed sharia-compliant contractual architectures (wakalah, salam, murabahah, musyarakah) as operational alternatives to riba- and gharar-laden features such as PayLater and mystery boxes.
