Abstract
Islamic financial inclusion among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) remains an important issue, particularly in relation to access to and utilization of Sharia-compliant financial services. This study aims to examine the effects of ease of use, perceived benefits, and promotion on Islamic financial inclusion among MSMEs in North Padang Lawas Regency. A quantitative survey was conducted involving 100 MSME operators selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected through a five-point Likert-scale questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression, t-test, F-test, and the coefficient of determination. The results indicate that ease of use (B = 0.166; p = 0.027), perceived benefits (B = 0.342; p < 0.001), and promotion (B = 0.365; p < 0.001) each have a positive and significant effect on Islamic financial inclusion. Simultaneously, the three variables significantly explain variation in Islamic financial inclusion (F = 37.298; p < 0.001; R² = 0.538). Promotion has the highest standardized coefficient (β = 0.399), followed by perceived benefits (β = 0.343) and ease of use (β = 0.177). These findings indicate that information, education, and communication concerning Sharia-compliant financial services are relevant to Islamic financial inclusion among MSMEs in the study context.
