trustworthiness are critical components in driving customer satisfaction and profitability.
Ethical behavior in leadership practices cultivates a positive organizational culture, which
translates to loyal customers and sustainable business performance. Moreover, trustworthiness
is a central factor in building long-term customer relationships, which directly impact
profitability. The findings reinforce the idea that businesses focusing on ethics and trust can
achieve a competitive advantage by creating stronger connections with customers and
stakeholders, ultimately leading to enhanced profitability and long-term success. Entrepreneurs
should invest in training programs that promote ethical decision-making and integrity on daily
operations, fostering customer trust and satisfaction. Entrepreneurs should prioritize
transparency in their dealings with customers, employees, and other stakeholders to build and
maintain trust, leading to higher customer loyalty and satisfaction.
