Abstract
Fitness is an important aspect that supports students' ability to achieve optimal sports performance. Therefore, systematic fitness measurement is crucial to obtain a picture of students' physical condition as a basis for developing appropriate training programs. This study aims to assess the physical fitness level of female students participating in futsal extracurricular activities using the Indonesian Student Fitness Test (TKSI) instrument. The method used is a quantitative descriptive approach involving 29 students as research subjects. Data collection was carried out through five test components, namely the child ball test, tok-tok ball test, move the ball test, shuttle run 8 × 10 m, and 600 m Run, which were then analyzed based on fitness categories. The results showed that the majority of students were in the good physical fitness category (54.8%), followed by the moderate category (32.3%), and the very good category (6.5%). shuttle run 8 × 10 m component showed the best results, while the 600 m run test was dominated by the good category. These findings indicate that extracurricular futsal students have adequate physical fitness, especially in terms of speed and endurance, but more attention is needed to improve coordination and motor skills through a structured and continuous training program.
