This research is a qualitative descriptive research with a type of library research. The results of the research are limited to personal and professional aspects including: 1. Ethics of the teaching profession related to himself, namely asceticism, clean from sin and despicable traits. 2. Ethics of the teaching profession relating to students and fellow teachers, namely being wise and firm, forgiving and patient, having dignity and self-esteem, loving students as loving their own children, knowing the habits of students. 3.
