Abstract
This community service project was conducted with the objective of increasing the accountability of the Baiturrohim Mosque Management Committee in Sumberdadi Village, Sumbergempol District, Tulungagung Regency. This activity was motivated by the lack of experience and guidance regarding administrative management among the mosque committee members. The problem faced by the mosque administrators was their low capacity to manage administration systematically and their limited understanding of administrative practices, particularly regarding secretarial administration. Therefore, an enhancement of knowledge and skills was required through mentoring and assistance. The method applied was providing knowledge and practical skills in organizing organizational administration through assistance. The results of the activity demonstrated an increase in knowledge and skills in managing both organizational and financial administration. This is evidenced by the more complete organizational documents, including the organizational structure and functional descriptions (tupoksi), financial administration, membership lists, committee composition, standard operating procedures (SOPs) for management and financial administration, as well as activity schedules and work programs.
