Abstract
T This study aimed to determine the effects of applying rabbit urine liquid organic fertilizer (LOF), coconut water concentration, and their interaction on the yield of white canna (Canna edulis Kerr). The study was conducted from March 2025 to March 2026 at the Tohudan Horticultural Food Crop Seed Garden, Colomadu, Karanganyar Regency. The study used a factorial Completely Randomized Design (CRD) consisting of two factors. The first factor was the concentration of rabbit urine LOF, namely 0, 10, 15, and 20 ml/L, while the second factor was coconut water concentration, namely 0%, 50%, and 100%. Each treatment combination was replicated four times, resulting in 48 experimental units. The observed parameters included the number, length, diameter, fresh weight, skin color, moisture content, and sugar content of the tubers. The data were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by the Honestly Significant Difference (HSD) test at the 5% significance level when a significant effect was observed. The results showed that rabbit urine LOF had a significant effect only on tuber skin color, while the other parameters showed no significant effects. Rabbit urine treatments at 15 and 20 ml/L produced better tuber skin color. Coconut water and the interaction between the two treatments had no significant effect on all observed parameters. Thus, rabbit urine LOF only improved tuber skin color, while coconut water and the combination of the two treatments were not able to significantly increase white canna yield.
