Abstract
Currently, educational institutions require a series of elements that allow managers to implement strategies aimed at strengthening the teaching and learning process, where this is oriented to human development, because it is necessary to base the pedagogical action towards the development of the being, the integral growth of the person; the fundamental rights that by human nature correspond to it are respected and thus guarantee a well-being and quality of life. It is convenient that to achieve an adequate development it is essential to analyze the context as a whole, applying the complexity of it, to stipulate the variables that have a negative impact on human development and through education, knowledge management in the search to articulate actions that help to enhance the development of actions that strengthen the development of being. Hence, the integration of all members is essential, for the generation of ideas that lead to decision-making, which will undoubtedly contribute to significantly improve the quality of life in the country
