Abstract
The teaching-learning process is a phenomenon that is applied from basic to professional instruction, with the teacher being in charge of directing the student along the appropriate path of knowledge that will allow him or her to obtain the desired knowledge. In the university environment, it is important that teachers have the appropriate training tools that allow their students to acquire knowledge in a timely manner, which will serve as a basis for their future professional development and insertion into society, being an updated and According to the needs of today's society, the knowledge and use of the benefits in terms of qualities and abilities that the rs-4950 gene can offer its carriers when performing in a classroom. The general objective of this research was “Analyze the influence of the rs-4950 Gene on the praxis of the 21st century university teacher.” Thus, it was concluded that the relationship that Gen Rs-4950 has with university teaching is visible and palpable, as it turns out to be an opportunity for the development of the hidden potential of the university teacher, which will positively impact its participants and energize the teaching-learning process.
