Abstract
Today, one of the most pressing issues in Uzbekistan is the way in which the path of democratization of the states is taken, afterwards and within, regarding life in freedom, where the greatest esteem should be given to the human being. . Key to this is the provision of solid and effective guarantees of the rights and flexibilities of individuals, their security, and particularly within the circle of criminal procedures, the pressure situation that judges have, and the mental state must be managed. negative for the part of the participants in criminal proceedings. It cannot be stated that the issues of guaranteeing and updating human rights ensure the correct performance of judges, but the use of support methods in criminal procedures should be highlighted, which has been widely researched and is what will be compiled in this document.
