Abstract
Thoracolumbar vertebral fractures secondary to osteoporosis are common in older adults. Multiple surgical techniques have been described, such as vertebroplasty and kyphoplasty, but access to these techniques may be limited by their cost. We present a clinical case in which the Ángeles-Rebatú technique was applied, which combines minimally invasive vertebral re-expansion with conventional vertebroplasty, achieving adequate functional recovery and restoration of vertebral height without expensive technological requirements.
