Abstract
Ante the health crisis (SARS COV 2 or COVID 19), some countries of Latin America and the Caribbean and Europe, in a meeting celebrated in Andorra, on which the main theme was the “innovation for the sustainable development –objectivo 2030”, which was as explosive for the creation of the Hexagon of Public Innovation (HIP). The Hexagon of Public Innovation was created in the year 2021; It is a methodological herramienta that allows the States to be transferred to red, open, flexible and democratic institutions. The proposal for this work is identified and understood, in which of the municipalities of the State of Hidalgo it is accepted and if it is applied by the design, design, implementation and ejection of our public policies.
