It highlights the pivotal role of the director as a leading figure who unites and coordinates the entire creative and technical process while resolving organizational matters. The director's activity is examined in logical sequence across all stages: from the inception of the initial concept to the creation of a complete, unified stage production presented to the audience. Special pedagogical and psychological approaches employed by the director to unite the team around a common artistic goal, guide their activities, and ensure seamless collaboration are revealed. Subordinating the individual potential of each artist to the overall concept of the staging and creating an environment of productive communication are evaluated as essential criteria of directorial mastery.
