Abstract
This study analyzes labor productivity improvement and eficient housing construction organization using economic-mathematical and econometric modeling. Key factors affecting labor productivity are identified, and their relationships are quantitatively assessed. The results can be applied to forecasting and managerial decision-making in housing construction.
