Abstract
This paper provides a comprehensive analysis of technologies for improving the filtration and mechanical stability of soil foundations under hydraulic structures. The effectiveness of traditional clay blankets, high-density polymer geomembranes, sheet piles, and Jet Grouting curtains against suffosion processes is comparatively evaluated. Based on hydrodynamic calculations, a combined engineering framework is substantiated to effectively reduce hydraulic gradients and ensure structural safety.
