Abstract
This article investigated the biological efficacy of Bioslip BV, a Beauveria bassiana-based product, at a dose of 3.0 l/ha against spider mite (Tetranychus urticae Koch.) in cherry orchards. The study compared the product’s efficacy with bitoxibacillin at a dose of 5.0 kg/ha and abamectin at a dose of 0.4 l/ha. The biological efficacy of Bioslip BV was 47.2; 67.9; 69.1 and 60.7% on days 3, 7, 14 and 21, respectively. The highest efficacy was recorded on day 14. The results showed that Bioslip BV can be used as a biological control agent for spider mites in cherry orchards.
