Abstract
Penelitian ini berjudul “Pengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap KinerjaPegawai Pada PT. Kantor Pos Kota Samarinda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuipengaruh Beban Kerja dan Stres Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Pada PT. Kantor PosKota Samarinda. Populasi dan Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 responden yangterdiri dari seluruh pegawai PT. Kantor Pos Kota Samarinda. Metode pengumpulan dataterdiri dilakukan dengan cara observasi, wawancara, menyebarkan kuesioner dandokumentasi. Alat analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan modelregresi linier berganda, yang diolah menggunakan program IBM SPSS versi 25.0.Pengujian Hipotesis menggunakan Uji t dan Uji F. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwaBeban Kerja dan Stres Kerja secara parsial maupun simultan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja.This study is entitled "The Effect of Workload and Work Stress on Employee Performance at PT Samarinda City Post Office. This study aims to determine the effect of workload and work stress on employee performance at PT. Samarinda City Post Office. Population and samples in this study amounted to 75 respondents consisting of all employees of PT. Samarinda City Post Office. The data collection method consists of observation, interviews, distributing questionnaires and documentation. The analytical tool used in this study uses multiple linear regression models, which are processed using the IBM SPSS version 25.0 programme. Hypothesis testing using the t test and F test. The results showed that Workload and Job Stress partially and simultaneously affect EmployeePerformance at PT Samarinda City Post Office.
