Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the occurrence of Baby Blues at the Idi Rayeuk Health Center, East Aceh Regency in 2023. This type of research is a descriptive correlation study with a cross-sectional approach. The number of samples used was the entire population of postpartum visits at the Idi Rayeuk Health Center, East Aceh Regency (Total Sampling), which was 77 people. There is a relationship between age (p = 0.001), parity (p = 0.002), marital status (p = 0.017), maternal readiness (p = 0.003) and the incidence of Baby Blues at the Idi Rayeuk Health Center, East Aceh Regency in 2023. It is recommended that health workers and families provide psychological support to overcome baby blues because mothers who experience baby blues will affect the health of the mother and her baby.
