Abstract
There are many children, especially those in elementary school, who like to exercise. However, when they observed the air in the pool, some were shy and some were increasingly reluctant to hurt themselves. According to this, parents—especially teachers and students—need to be careful. Swimming by body is one of the methods used to prevent babies from being left behind in their drowning houses. The shape helps the growth and development of the body, relationships with others, increases self-confidence, and can be used as a fun activity because cold stimuli can refresh the body. The sport of swimming has many benefits and advantages. Many students in elementary school enjoy playing outside and are unaware of the basics of swimming, which can lead to problems such as falls and stumbling in class. The actions of the elderly are very important to prevent unwanted events.
