Abstract
Over its 75-year path of construction and development, the Party Committee of the Ho Chi Minh National Academy of Politics (hereafter referred to as the Party Committee of the Academy) has consistently prioritized the establishment of a comprehensive and cohesive Party Committee across all dimensions: political, ideological, ethical, organizational, and personnel. The Party Committee of the Academy has implemented numerous innovative strategies aimed at fostering consensus and unity among its cadre, party members, and workers, thereby contributing to the establishment of a transparent and robust Party Committee. This is a crucial element in effectively fulfilling the political responsibilities assigned to the Academy by the Party and State.
