Abstract
Power in cadre work is a particularly important aspect of political power. Controlling power in cadre work is an objective requirement to ensure that power is used appropriately and effectively. This article discusses the Party's guidelines and policies and the current situation of the press’s participating in power control in cadre work. The article is the result of research on the topic "Control and supervision of power in the condition of a single party in power: Mechanisms and breakthrough solutions to implement effective control and supervision of power" (Code No. KX.04.09/21-25).
