The role and solutions for enhancing revolutionary ethics training for cadres managed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Laos

This article clarifies the role of training revolutionary ethics for cadres managed by the Provincial Party Standing Committee in Laos, ensuring that these cadres successfully fulfill their assigned responsibilities and tasks; preventing and reversing deterioration in ethics and lifestyle; Enhancing political positivity, initiative, self-development and thwarting the schemes and tactics of hostile forces. On this basis, the article proposes some solutions to enhance revolutionary ethics training for these cadres in the coming period.
