Abstract
Recently, hostile forces have frantically distorted and slandered our Party and State with accusations of violating human and civil rights. These are tricks aimed at discrediting the Party and the State of Vietnam, causing confusion, internal transformation, and creating pretext for calls for external intervention to carry out subversion and sabotage of the Vietnamese revolution. This article contributes to identifying and refuting the false and distorted arguments of hostile and reactionary forces regarding the implementation of human rights in Vietnam.
