Abstract
The study aimed to determine the relationship between collaborative work and interpersonal relationships among Early Childhood Education students at a teacher training institution in Moquegua during 2026. It employed a quantitative approach with a non-experimental, cross-sectional design and a correlational scope. The sample consisted of 100 students who completed two Likert-type questionnaires. The results revealed a significant, positive, moderate-to-high relationship between the two variables (Rho = 0.649; p < 0.001). Furthermore, significant relationships were found with positive interdependence (Rho = 0.727), individual accountability (Rho = 0.763), and social skills (Rho = 0.483). It is concluded that collaborative work is favorably associated with interpersonal relationships.
