Abstract
Risk culture matters, yet many financial institutions struggle
to cultivate it. At RHB Banking Group in Kuala Lumpur, a small
team transformed risk culture – not through mandates, but by
designing conditions for change to sustain itself. Three years later,
the work continues without its original champion. This article
presents three design principles for embedding lasting change.
