Abstract
Design games are often valued for making workshops more
engaging. Yet their deeper promise lies in making uncertain topics
visible, shared and actionable. Drawing on strategy and occupational
safety cases, this article explores four forms of value that help
workshop outcomes continue into everyday practice.
