Preparing for Scientist Recognition on ResearchHub
How to organise a verifiable publication record before assessment under a transparent methodology.
Start with identity
Ensure the profile corresponds to the right person. Link an ORCID iD where appropriate, resolve duplicate records and distinguish verified account information from imported metadata.
Audit publications
Check DOI links, author order, years, journal metadata and versions. Identify duplicate preprints, incorrect articles and any relevant correction or retraction notices. Accurate evidence is more useful than a superficially large publication list.
Check eligibility objectively
Read the current RSIS methodology, including the minimum admitted-publication count, evidence-completeness rules, cohort comparisons and additional certificate safeguards. Meeting one requirement does not guarantee a particular position or certificate.
Keep a record of changes
Save a dated list of authoritative source links and submitted corrections. The strongest application is one that can be independently checked without private claims, purchased endorsements or unsupported statements of prestige.
