Build an Evidence Dossier for Your Research Profile
How to assemble a clean, verifiable record for scientist ranking corrections or recognition review.
Create an identity section
Start with your preferred publication name, ORCID iD, profile URL and documented affiliation information. Make clear which institutions are current and which were associated with earlier work.
List outputs systematically
For each paper record the title, DOI where available, publication year, journal, authorship position, document type and source URL. Note preprint-to-journal relationships, corrections and retractions. Keep the information factual and avoid treating duplicates as separate papers.
Record evidence disagreements
A provider may show a different citation count or affiliation. Document the source, observation date and concrete record that appears incorrect. A correction request is stronger when it identifies an exact bibliographic mismatch rather than demanding a higher score.
Maintain version control
Keep dated copies of the evidence inventory and preserve communications about approved corrections. This supports verification across ranking editions without sharing confidential manuscript files, participant data or account credentials.
